The drug rehab center began with a board of 10 people that were interested in preventing the drugs from reaching our children in the schools. From the discussions the video was made that showed how drugs affected students’ education and their lives. The video was taken to the schools throughout Broken Arrow and the surrounding communities. Numbers of students came forward after the video presentation and reached out for help to get off the drugs. After a period of a year, the program was taken over by the City of Broken Arrow.

I Hear The Cries is a memorial service for the unborn. Approximately 2,000,000,000 babies are estimated to have been aborted worldwide since 1960. The babies have never had their day of rest and closure. The memorial service is not about politics or condemning anyone. The memorial service will bring closure to the mothers and their unborn babies as all attendees will be given a rose to lay on the coffin symbolizing closure.

The BA Community Prayer Luncheon was formed and promoted by Future Promises as a monthly event. It was a free lunch and funded by local businesses to the tune of $500 a month for a full 3 course hot lunch. The luncheons featured guest speakers, such as: judges, police officers, fire chiefs, school principals, and community leaders.

Future Promises worked with the Toys for Tots© program donating money and toys for large groups of children during the Christmas season. 750 toys were given away, along with several thousand dollars to the underprivileged children in the communities in and around the Greater Tulsa Metro area.
